Hello
Welcome to Arrow Heights Massage Therapy. I’m glad you’re here.
My approach to massage is client-centred and adaptable. Each session is shaped around the person in front of me — their body, their goals, their comfort, and their nervous system. Sessions are collaborative, with ongoing communication around comfort, pressure, and goals. My intention is to offer a space where clients can settle, regulate, and reconnect with their bodies in a way that supports recovery, greater ease of movement, and a sense of safety.
I began my career as a Pilates and Yoga instructor in the early 2000s and transitioned into Massage Therapy in 2010. Since then, learning has remained a constant thread in my work. Over the years, my focus has increasingly moved toward evidence-informed, science-based approaches to pain and wellbeing.
My current area of interest is the biopsychosocial model of care, which recognizes that pain and recovery are influenced not only by tissues, but also by the nervous system, life context, stress, and perception. This perspective has been especially meaningful in my work with people experiencing persistent or complex pain, and it continues to shape how I support clients toward greater comfort, confidence, and function.
I enjoy working with a wide range of clients, including children, older adults, and pre- and postnatal individuals. I also welcome parents who may need to bring their children to appointments — your life is part of your care, not something you need to separate from it.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
I look forward to meeting you.
